- DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUMS?

Yes, normally our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 25 pieces per style / color, but there are some exceptions that might require you to purchase from 50 to 100 pieces. You can always mix between multiple sizes in order to fill the minimum order quantities. For more information regarding our  minimum quantities feel free to email us at bulk@velourgarments.com

 

- HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All our wholesale products are produced under a 'made-to-order' basis, meaning we do manufacture each and every piece individually on demand under the customer's needs.

Taking into account the artisanal process behind our garments, please note the estimated turnaround times are usually within 8 to 12 weeks from payment date, and during some dates of the year where the volume of orders increases due to high demand, the production line can get delayed by an extra 1-2 weeks.

 

- WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

We currently offer payments through Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Please take into account that any order surpassing the total amount of 2000€ will have to be placed through the Bank Transfer method.

 

- CAN I CANCEL / RETURN MY ORDER??

Although Cancellations are only permitted within the first 15 days after placing an order, returns are not available on any wholesale orders as all our wholesale products are produced under a 'made-to-order' basis, meaning we do manufacture each and every piece individually on demand under the customer's needs.

 

- WHICH CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Among our services, you can find:

- Custom fabric development

- Pattern creation and modification

- Tailored cutting and sewing

- Custom dyeing

- Labeling and packaging

- Printing (DTG, Screen-Print, etc.)

- Embroidery

- Sampling
